Strong understanding of grid codes, protection schemes, and SCADA systems is crucial. Experience with renewable energy integration, microgrids, or HVDC systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for effective remote collaboration. The ability to lead technical discussions, manage project components, and drive innovation is paramount.
