Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design and engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering design projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Solid understanding of power electronics, motor control, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
