Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

Qualifications:
- Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior designer role.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful and innovative architectural projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design and BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent visualization, graphic, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
