- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification (e.g., FAA A&P, EASA Part 66).
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in aircraft line and base maintenance.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of aircraft systems (e.g., airframes, engines, avionics, electrical systems).
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and maintenance best practices.
