- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a remote setting, fostering team cohesion and productivity.

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency within the project teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required. PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing Agile software development projects.
- Proven experience leading distributed and remote teams.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
