Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in data analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analysis, data management, and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
- Prepare survey sampling designs.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpretations to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Implement process improvements and data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in data analytics, statistical modelling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., SPSS, STATA, MS Excel, R, and Python).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
