Environment and Physical Demands:
VillageReach employees typically work in a shared, open environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy and meetings.   • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Finance, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex business strategies that have driven significant growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
