Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of transportation modes, logistics operations, and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
