  • Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on equipment design and reliability.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring timely delivery of necessary components to field sites.
  • Staying current with new technologies and industry advancements related to installation and maintenance.

A technical diploma or degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance, is required. Proven experience in a remote technical support or lead technician role is essential. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong diagnostic skills, and outstanding communication (both written and verbal) are paramount. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fully remote environment is critical. This role serves a broad geographical area, with a conceptual link to **Malindi, Kilifi, KE**, but operates entirely remotely.
