Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training materials using various instructional design models and technologies.
- Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives, content requirements, and assessment strategies.
- Create interactive content, simulations, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build online learning modules.
- Develop assessments and evaluation instruments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple e-learning projects.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support for online learning initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
- Facilitate and support the online learning community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of e-learning projects.
- Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
