The Associate Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for learning the skills to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.

Key responsibilities:
- Develops the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
- Functions jointly with the CX and Collaboration Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
- May be required to perform periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, providing second line telephonic support under guidance to customers.

Joins tubing or pipe to various refrigerating units by means of sleeves, couplings, or unions, and solders joints, using torch, forming complete circuit for refrigerant. Installs expansion and discharge valves in circuit. Connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating-ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to power source. Installs air and water filters in completed installation. Injects small amount of refrigerant into compressor to test systems, and adds refrigerant to build up prescribed operating pressure. Observes pressure and vacuum gauges and adjusts controls to ensure efficient operation. Tests joints and connections for gas leaks, using leak detection instrumentation or soap-and-water solution. **Basic Job Requirements**
High school diploma / GED equivalent preferred. Three (3) years to six (6) years related experience.
**Other Job Requirements**
Requires the technical skills, job knowledge and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Journeyman license/certificate or equivalent is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for aircraft maintenance issues.
- Review and validate aircraft maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Advise field maintenance teams on technical procedures, repairs, and component replacements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Assist in the diagnosis of complex mechanical and electrical system faults.
- Monitor aircraft maintenance trends and identify potential recurring issues.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of remote support provided and resolutions.
- Liaise with engineering and quality assurance departments as needed.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and airworthiness are maintained through remote oversight.
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
- Certification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or equivalent recognized aviation technician license.
- In-depth knowledge of various aircraft types, systems, and components.
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems remotely.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
- Proficiency in using technical manuals and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
