- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for network infrastructure issues via remote channels (phone, email, chat, remote desktop).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices, servers, and related hardware/software.
- Develop and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve escalated issues and provide feedback on product improvements.

- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other network protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
