Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

· Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Be a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or equivalent
· Be a practising professional member with a relevant professional body;
· Have a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisory position, preferably within a professional services firm or a multinational environment;
· Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, HR best practices and strategic planning.
