Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure adherence to luxury service standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide remote leadership, guidance, and support to on-site hotel management teams.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation.
  • Implement staff training and development programs to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency and uphold the reputation of the hotel group.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.
  • Conduct remote site visits and performance reviews as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with a focus on luxury properties.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing multiple hotel sites or a large single property.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and operational tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
