Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks.

- Manage BIM project deliverables, including model submissions and data extraction.

- Stay current with the latest BIM technologies, standards, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure or accreditation is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on BIM implementation and management.
- Extensive experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector, including knowledge of healthcare facility design requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
