Job Description
Our client is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead critical remote healthcare initiatives. This role is paramount in driving the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects focused on enhancing healthcare delivery through technology and remote access. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all within a fully remote work environment.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and manage budget adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
- Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR if applicable).
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment within a remote setting.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on healthcare or technology projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and digital health technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
