- Ensure compliance with all local and international aviation regulations and standards.
- Manage the airport's emergency response plan and coordinate with relevant authorities during incidents.
- Oversee the maintenance and utilization of airport infrastructure and equipment.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs effectively.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of airport staff, fostering a culture of safety and customer focus.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in airport or aviation operations management.
- In-depth knowledge of airport operations, air traffic management, safety regulations (ICAO, local), and security procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in relevant airport management software and systems.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
