Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential funding sources, including foundations, government agencies, and corporations, aligning with organizational priorities.
- Develop compelling and persuasive grant proposals, including letters of inquiry, full proposals, and budget narratives.
- Clearly articulate the organization's mission, programs, and impact in written proposals.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information, data, and supporting documentation for grant applications.
- Ensure all grant applications are submitted accurately, completely, and by deadlines.
- Manage the grant submission process from initial research to final reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foundation program officers and funding agencies.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-profit Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in grant writing and non-profit fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in securing grants from diverse funding sources.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities and understand funder priorities.
- Proficiency in developing budgets and understanding financial reporting requirements for grants.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fully remote work environment.
