- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in aviation software and communication systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid pilot license or dispatcher certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety management systems (SMS).
