A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in environmental program management, with a proven track record of successful project implementation and stakeholder engagement, is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and fundraising capabilities. Experience working with international environmental issues and diverse cultural contexts is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive measurable results is crucial. You should be passionate about environmental conservation and possess a deep commitment to sustainable development. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will ensure success in this role. This position is crucial for driving impactful change in Naivasha, Nakuru, KE , but requires remote operations.
