- Participate in remote team meetings and case discussions.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kenya.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on home healthcare or critical care.
- Proven experience with ventilators, feeding tubes, IV therapy, and other specialized pediatric medical equipment.
- Strong understanding of common pediatric chronic conditions and developmental stages.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and patience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a patient's home.
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and other healthcare technologies for remote communication and documentation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
