- Performing a wide range of analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various laboratory instruments.
- Conducting method validation, stability studies, and other quality control procedures according to established protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, GLP).
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.
- Analyzing test results, documenting findings accurately, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Investigating deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborating with the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining laboratory records, including test data, equipment logs, and calibration records.
- Participating in internal audits and inspections.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in analytical techniques and pharmaceutical quality control.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the QC laboratory.
- Reviewing and approving analytical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control or a related laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and Karl Fischer titration.
- Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Experience with method validation and stability testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze test results, interpret data, and compare them against established specifications.
- Document all testing procedures, results, and observations accurately and meticulously in accordance with SOPs.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and other quality-related documentation.
- Participate in the investigation of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and deviations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
