Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination, management, or architectural/engineering design with a strong BIM focus.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri Model Checker.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and model federation processes.
- Familiarity with various file formats (e.g., IFC, DWG, RVT) and data exchange protocols.
- Knowledge of relevant BIM standards and guidelines (e.g., national BIM standards, ISO 19650).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely.
