Strong proficiency with advanced statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, JDA) is essential. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for collaborating effectively in a remote team environment. Experience with S&OP processes is highly desirable.
