We are the fairly new Data Analytics & AI (D&A) team. In collaboration with colleagues from all areas of our organization, we develop solutions and approaches in the large cosmos of Advanced Analytics. Our strategic focus is on data-based learning. Your opportunity: You can be actively involved in building an organization-wide cloud data warehouse and analytics platform and gain fascinating insights from our data. You will be part of a dedicated, innovative team that drives data-driven decisions and always keeps the well-being of our organization in mind. Our challenges as an NGO are special: your stakeholders can be part of the donor service in Bonn or project managers* in our 37 project countries. The aims of the job are to consult the country offices to plan, implement and further ICT applications, infrastructure and projects promoted by Welthungerhilfe IT on the basis of the valid concept papers and in accordance with ICT HQ operations. Your responsibilities
- You actively shape the design and development of data analytics and AI solutions based on cloud technologies.
- For the joint development of analytical products with the business unit, you manage the collaboration in agile and interdisciplinary teams to turn data into insights.
- You will guide colleagues from the department, set standards for the use of our products and solutions, and be a Data Ambassador for the organization, like everyone on the team.
- You identify use cases, develop their technical design and implementation up to operation and implement the associated data pipelines including visualizations in dashboards.
- Together with our Data Architect, you develop a sustainable infrastructure as well as data pipelines to supply analytical products from different data sources.

Your profile
