The LMS Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • LMS Management & Support:
    Administer and maintain the LMS platform, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and coordinate with IT/vendors.
  • Content & Course Administration:
    Upload and manage SCORM packages, videos, assessments, and documents; assign training programs and track compliance.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Generate reports on learner progress and completion rates; deliver insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Technical know-how in

Our client, a rapidly growing telecommunications company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is hybrid, requiring a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable network infrastructure to support our cutting-edge services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and security best practices, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the network, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security. Key responsibilities include configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices, as well as monitoring network traffic, performance, and security events. You will also play a crucial role in network upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives. Collaboration with other IT departments, vendors, and external partners will be essential to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can identify potential issues before they impact users and a team player who can contribute to a collaborative work environment. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience with cloud networking solutions and virtualization technologies will be a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable network infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration guides.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and hardware replacements.
  • Implement and manage network security measures to protect against threats.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for network incident response.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in network engineering and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet) and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
