- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in arts programming, curation, or management, preferably within a theatre, festival, or cultural center setting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative and audience-focused performing arts programs.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
