Role Description
We're hiring a
visionary Creative Designer
to lead and elevate the creative direction of our digital and print outputs. This is not a junior role. You'll take full ownership of
design strategy and execution
across brand identities, packaging, billboards, websites, campaigns, and motion content etc. We want a
senior creative (5+ years experience)
with strong taste, sharp design instincts, and the leadership mindset to deliver world-class creative for both
internal projects and client brands
.
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead all branding, design, packaging, and visual storytelling projects
• Develop creative concepts and campaign directions with the marketing team
• Design and review visual assets: brand manuals, packaging, signage, social media, digital ads, and website UI
• Lead client presentations and pitch visual directions clearly and persuasively
• Maintain high design standards while managing multiple timelines
Qualifications
- Creative Design, Graphic Design, and Graphics skills
- Experience in Branding and developing visual brand identity
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or brand-led creative role
- Proven track record leading design across digital and print
- Portfolio showing brand, creative designs and concepts, packaging, UI, and campaign work
- Strong communication, leadership, and concept development skills
- Confident in giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Photography or videography direction experience
• Experience in brand strategy workshops or positioning sessions
• Hands-on with Figma, WordPress, and Canva for fast delivery
