Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, stock options, and long-term incentives.
- Conduct market analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive positioning of our total rewards packages.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations.
- Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

- Analyze trends and report on key C&B metrics to senior management.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants on benefits administration and compensation surveys.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a global or complex organization.
- Strong understanding of various compensation strategies, incentive plans, and benefit plan designs.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
