Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Associate to join our real estate team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching properties to potential clients, prospecting new leads, and conducting follow-ups to close deals. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build client relationships on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch available properties to prospective clients in-person and over the phone.
Actively prospect for new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain relationships to drive sales conversions.
Meet clients at property sites, explain features and benefits, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain a strong understanding of the property inventory and market conditions in Nairobi.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Keep detailed records of interactions and updates.
Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing and property development strategies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate or field sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of Nairobi’s real estate market and neighborhoods. < r>
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Minimum KCSE; a diploma or degree in sales, real estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
