Our client, a leading provider of innovative agricultural solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Remote Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the agribusiness sector across Kenya. As a remote-first position, you will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing a robust sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our client's portfolio of agricultural products and services. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the agricultural value chain, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to market penetration. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, input suppliers, and agribusiness enterprises. Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various remote channels.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
