Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Officer located in Kakuma. The Environmental Officer will be responsible for ensuring environmental compliance, assessing environmental impact, and managing environmental policies and issues. They will oversee the implementation of environmental laws and coordinate efforts to address environmental concerns. Daily tasks will include planning and conducting environmental impact assessments, liaising with local communities, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Law
- Experience in Environmental Policy and addressing Environmental Issues
- Skills in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments
- Strong understanding of local and international environmental laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in challenging environments
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with humanitarian organizations is a plus

The Camera Operator and Editor will be responsible for handling camera operations, setting up lighting, and ensuring high-quality video production. Daily tasks include capturing footage, editing video content, and contributing to TV production projects. The role involves collaboration with the production team to create compelling visual content.

- Camera Operation and Camera handling skills
- Experience in Lighting for video production
- Video Production and TV Production skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
