  • Manage project resources, including team members, tools, and budgets.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, reporting on key metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and team performance.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove impediments for the project team.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing Agile software development projects.
  • Proven experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a strong plus).
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams in a remote environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and expectation setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
