We are seeking a technically skilled and safety-focused Wind Turbine Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbine generator systems. The role will focus on executing routine servicing, troubleshooting, and component replacement while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (annual and 6-month service) to ensure optimal turbine performance and reliability.
- Carry out LV generator cable replacements, gear oil changes, and other corrective maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
- Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) systems and ensure electrical safety before performing maintenance.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company and industry safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including inspections, repairs, and call-out responses.
- Report equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with national and international codes relating to electrical systems, fall protection, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in emergency preparedness, including tower evacuation, fire suppression, and first aid.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent technical training).
- Minimu
m 2 years' experien
ce in renewable energy (wind sector preferred) or related electromechanical maintenance. - Proven skills in fault analysis, diagnostics, and maintenance of turbine or industrial generator systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical reporting.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid health and safety certifications (Working at Heights, Confined Spaces).

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet and logistics team at the vegetable oil extraction plant in Bonje. The role will focus on ensuring timely deliveries, compliance with regulations, and effective supervision of drivers and support staff while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and tracking of company vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules in line with NTSA regulations.
• Supervise drivers, loaders, and logistics staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
• Coordinate loading, dispatch, and delivery of goods to customers and branches.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation, vehicle logs, and compliance certificates.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan transport laws, NTSA guidelines, and insurance requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on fuel usage, delivery performance, and fleet maintenance.
• Analyze transport data to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within transport or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan road regulations and fleet management systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license (B, C, and E classes an added advantage).
• Additional training in warehousing, firefighting, or HSE is an advantage.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at the vegetable oil extraction plant in Bonje. The role will focus on receiving and dispatching materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of seeds, oil, and cake to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Liaise with the Quality team to inspect incoming seeds and ensure compliance with GMP and FIFO standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely supply of seeds to production facilities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, stock levels, and staff performance.
• Drive LEAN initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Resolve employee relations issues while maintaining professional communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years' industrial work experience in warehousing; 2 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or MRP) and inventory control practices.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing management, HSE procedures, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional training in management, firefighting, or HSE is an advantage.
