What We're Looking For
We're searching for a dedicated
Remote Data Entry Specialist
who is:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.
- A self-starter with the discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating spreadsheets, CRMs, and data management systems.
- Trustworthy with sensitive information and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- A proactive communicator who can identify and correct data inconsistencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
