- Develop visual merchandising guidelines and standards for retail locations.
- Train and guide retail staff on visual merchandising execution and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan merchandise presentation accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual displays.
- Stay abreast of current retail design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage budgets for visual merchandising materials and projects.
- Source and manage relationships with external suppliers for display materials and fixtures.
- Ensure consistent brand image and aesthetic across all retail channels.
- Prepare visual merchandising plans and reports for management.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional visual campaigns.
- Oversee the effective use of lighting, signage, and props to enhance product appeal.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related role.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective visual displays.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
- Excellent creative and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in managing remote teams or providing guidance to geographically dispersed teams.
