- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate tax accounting, with a strong understanding of Kenyan tax laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in preparing and filing various tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, PAYE, etc.).
- Excellent research skills and the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
