Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis, optimization, or logistics management.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including advanced Excel, SQL, Python or R, and supply chain planning/optimization tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, demand planning, transportation, and warehousing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
