Responsibilities:

- Conduct market intelligence and supplier research.
- Develop and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Quotes (RFQs), and Information (RFIs).
- Analyze supplier proposals and conduct bid evaluations.
- Lead negotiation efforts to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against contractual obligations.
- Identify and assess supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvements within the sourcing function.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing software and procurement tools.
