- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in insurance underwriting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies and underwriting principles for commercial or personal lines insurance.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, statistical modeling, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
