You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized positions, including cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, system administrators, network architects, and cybersecurity professionals. Your role will involve developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. Exceptional understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and networking concepts is crucial.
