- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies related to talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a significant focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles, including technical and specialized positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in using various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
