You will also work closely with operational teams to implement data-driven solutions and monitor their impact. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or a similar role is required. Proven expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, are mandatory. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to convey complex technical findings to non-technical audiences. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.
