- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is required.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
- Deep understanding of building codes, material science, and construction methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in a remote team setting.
