Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Sports Performance Analyst to lead their data-driven coaching initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to elite athletic development from anywhere. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting vast amounts of performance data from athletes and teams across various sports. Your insights will directly inform coaching strategies, training methodologies, and tactical decision-making to optimize athlete potential and team success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sports science, biomechanics, and statistical analysis, coupled with expertise in data visualization tools and performance analysis software. You will work closely with coaches, trainers, and athletes to provide actionable feedback, identify trends, and predict future performance. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data collection protocols, developing custom dashboards and reports, and conducting advanced statistical modeling to uncover performance insights. You will also play a key role in talent identification by analyzing prospective athletes' data. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sports performance analysis, preferably at a high level.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with performance analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Dartfish) and wearable technology.
- Strong understanding of sports physiology, biomechanics, and training principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
