The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project management, engineering, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, system design, and installation processes.
- Excellent knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
