- Contribute to program development, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in social work and child welfare.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field such as Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in social work, with a specialization in child welfare, child protection, or family services.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
- Strong knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and family systems theory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and navigate complex systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
- Proficiency in using social work databases and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries in a remote setting.
- Empathy, resilience, and a strong ethical commitment to social justice.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
