- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in social impact management, community development, or corporate social responsibility.
- Proven track record in designing and managing successful social programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of participatory approaches, community engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation).
