- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
- Agile Coach certification (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II/III, ICP-ACC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
