Qualifications:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong focus on field development and production optimization.
- Extensive experience with reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, PETREL RE) and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and make sound technical recommendations.
- Strong understanding of reservoir physics, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
